The cottages were all genuine farm buildings before refurbishment and each has its own character.
All Cottages Include:
- Fully equipped kitchens with diswasher & microwave.
- Kitchens include full oven and hob, fridge and plenty of pots, pans, cups, dishes and silverware.
- Oil fired central heating.
- Fenced private gardens which are safe for toddlers.
- TV and Video; DVD player available on request.
- Laundry room on site.
- Cot available.
- Babysitting can be arranged.

The Farmhouse is a bungalow built in the 1950's, very spacious with a homey feeling.
The Farmhouse has been extensively refurbished and brought to modern standards. |

The Farmhouse features a comfortable Sun Room/Conservatory which overlooks Clonea Beach and Dungarvan Bay. The roof on the Conservatory is solid,
so it doesn't get too hot on sunny days. |

The more formal sitting room. An open fireplace adds
a lovely warmth to the house on cooler days. TV reception is good and there
is a video machine. |
This is one one of the four bedrooms
that, in total, can sleep 8.
The wood floors are the original hardwoods which were covered
for decades by carpet. Hard work and lots of sanding and repolishing
have brought them back to their original lustre. Most of the
bedrooms feature this original wood flooring. |

The Coach House was indeed the farm's coach house until its modern refurbishment.
It features a lovely tiled sitting room/dining room with a large picture window which overlooks Clonea Beach and Dungarvan Bay.
The Coach House was designed to be wheelchair friendly. There are no steps. |

The Barn has a fine beamed upstairs room that kids love and adults find cozy. This upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a single.
